• tidying up and changing towels is provided after the third night, but you can request it daily at a cost of €10 per room, for cleaning, and €10 for changing towels.
• We require, in mid and high season, minimum two-night stays. for one-night stays, the high season price list always applies.
• animals are allowed free of charge upon request, over one animal per room, 15.00 euro per stay for more final cleaning.
• It is possible to dine at the Borgo, set menu, at a cost of 30.00 euros per person, booking it for the entire stay there is a 20% discount.

reservation:

• A deposit of 30% by bank transfer or credit card is required, In case of non-arrival of the deposit, in the two days following the reservation, the room becomes available again to new requests.
• departures in advance of reservation cannot be charged to us

cancellation policies

• Deposit will be refunded in full for cancellations made within 21 days of booking
• in the above prices water is included, all other drinks are excluded
• for weekly stays, the starting day is Saturday
• breakfast is Italian: coffee, milk, tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade jams, bread, honey, homemade pastries, butter, fresh shepherd’s ricotta, croissants. On reservation it is possible to add savory food: eggs, cheese, cold cuts with extra charge 5€ euro per person.
