Casentino cuisine is simple, authentic and deeply connected to the land. It comes from rural wisdom, respect for the seasons and the desire to share what one has.
At the Borgo we offer breakfast and dinner, designed to let you discover the genuine flavours of the area in a warm, family atmosphere.
Breakfast
Italian-style and includes coffee, milk, tea, fresh orange juice, homemade jams, bread, honey, homemade cakes, butter, fresh ricotta and small croissants.
On reservation, add a savoury option with eggs, cheeses and cured meats — +€10.00 per person.
Dinner
Dine at the Borgo with a fixed menu featuring the genuine flavours of Casentino.

Room tidying and towel change are provided after the third night.
On request, daily service is available: €10.00 for room cleaning and €10.00 for towel change.

More than one pet per room: a supplement of €15.00 per stay applies for additional final cleaning.

For arrivals at different times, please let us know in advance by e-mail or phone.
Booking
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, payable by bank transfer or credit card.
- If the deposit is not received within two days, the room is released for new requests.
- Mid and high season: minimum stay of two nights.
- One-night stays are always charged at the high-season rate.
Cancellation policy
- The deposit will be fully refunded for cancellations made at least 21 days before the arrival date.
- No reductions or refunds are provided for early departures compared with the booked period.

Open from May to September, reserved exclusively for guests of the Borgo.
